Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Anykood. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.


1. Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
    • Intimate or sanitary products.
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software or digital products
    • Certain health and personal care items

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refunds Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@anykood.com and send your item to:

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
